Small part of the whole story. India sees the greater aspect-Peace.

i am guessing the next part of the series. a) i never shot you. you attempted suicide. b) so what if i shot you? werent you teaching others here how to shoot? c) send me a dossier to read and confirm whether i shot you or not. d) i commend you for your dogged commitment to peace. lets hug. e) boom boom.

sigh.

@Sudhir Khanger: Nothing against peace, but how many deaths will it take? this is not some naughty neighbourhood kid throwing stones on our roof while we take our afternoon nap. As far as us seeing the greater aspect, I doubt we are capable of it.
@Surekha Pillai: That's a good idea for part deux :)

As much as I despise terming so, it's the hilarious peace which is happening around with Indo-Pak unreasoable dialog seasons.

Can't help but to admit, the sorry "peace mixed with terror" attitude of ours.

Hi TCP, nice to have you back with your kick-ass post.
I think as Indians we do believe in the ideal of peace and we definitely make an effort towards it but the current dialogs are not meant for peace it reeks of incompetence and cowardice of our ruling class....we have no leader with a backbone (even literally) be it ruling or opposition. For once there should be a dynamic leader who can have a dialog with Pakistan with a vision of peace but with an iron glove. If they don't get the message then sock them....eventually everyone learns.

Having said the above, we are in the strongest point of negotiation in our post-independence history. Pakistan is under pressure with a civil war along the NW frontier and we have US finally acknowledging what they knew all along that the line of terror goes through Pakistan.

@The Comic Project I understand your anger and believe me i am as angry as you. We are living in a bad world with bad neighbors. We should make ourselves powerful economically, diplomatically and militarily. Fault is largely ours, how can they just infiltrate our borders. Even after 60 years of infiltration our borders are porous and our response system naive.
